Asbestos Services

ET asbestos services consist of inspecting, bulk sampling, patching and repairing, abatement designing, abatement monitoring, air sampling, employee training and record keeping. Asbestos abatement projects are designed using state of the art work specifications. Each asbestos abatement project is bid out to several contractors to obtain the best price for our clients. Abatement projects are closely monitored to check against improper removal procedures and to direct safe working practices.

Lead Inspections

ET can assist clients by determining if a lead hazard exists in your building, facility or structure. We conduct lead inspections, risk assessments and collect samples to determine if a lead hazard is present and to what extent. If lead levels are high, we provide corrective action recommendations to reduce or eliminate the lead hazard.

Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Investigations

ET has developed a step by step process to investigate and eliminate air contaminants that adversely affect employees. Our process starts by questioning all effected employees, sampling the air, testing the ventilation flow and evaluating the ventilation system design. A report is compiled outlining the problem and providing corrective action recommendations.

Chemical and Physical Agent Sampling

ET conducts air, light and noise sampling to determine if a worker is exposed to a hazardous chemical or physical agent above the OSHA permissible exposure limit (PEL). We conduct personal sampling to determine the levels a particular employee is exposed to and area sampling to determine what the levels are in a particular work area. Based on the sampling results we can determine if the OSHA PEL has been exceeded.
