Ms. Allison Fraser completed a wetland delineation training course sponsored by The Wetland Training Institute, United States Army Corp of Engineers (USACOE), Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS), and Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR) allowing her to earn a certificate upon completion. She has also completed a training course on Hydric Indicators and Redoximorphic feature in soils.

Environmental Troubleshooters, Inc. has opened a Twin Cities office. Environmental Troubleshooters, Inc. has hired Mr. Tom Bailey as a Regional Manager of the Twin Cities office. Mr. Bailey will conduct marketing and client development in the Twin Cities and southern Minnesota area. Mr. Bailey's expertise provides ET an opportunity to expand services to include cultural resources, Environmental Assessment Worksheets (EAW), Environmental Impact Statements (EIS).

Mr. Scott Peterson was promoted to Vice President of Environmental Troubleshooters, Inc. Mr. Peterson specializes in marketing environmental services to clients throughout the upper Midwest. Mr. Peterson also manages property assessments, underground and aboveground storage tank installation and upgrades and environmental construction projects.

January 2001

Mr. Jeff Anderson was promoted as the Technical Manager of the Duluth Environmental Troubleshooters, Inc. office. Mr. Anderson (B.S. Chemical Engineering) has nearly eight (8) years of experience managing environmental compliance projects. He has extensive experience related to environmental assessment and documentation related to air and water quality. Mr. Anderson also has experience related to solid and hazardous waste management. Mr. Anderson has completed over one-hundred (100) site assessments following ASTM protocols and has provided project oversight for well over one-hundred (100) additional assessment projects. Mr. Anderson has experience completing environmental risk assessments for projects throughout the upper Midwest, Great Lakes Region, in both EPA Regions 5 and 7.

September 2000

Environmental Troubleshooters, Inc. opened an office in Eveleth, Minnesota to better serve our Iron Range client's environmental needs. The Regional Manager is Mr. Thomas Muhich. Mr. Muhich (B.A. Geology M.S. Geology) has over eight (8) years experience completing environmental site assessments, contaminant investigations and risk evaluations. He has extensive knowledge of groundwater plume numeric modeling and evaluation of risk factors utilizing both state and federal criteria. Mr. Muhich also has extensive experience with soil and groundwater remediation system design, installation, operations and maintenance. Mr. Muhich is a licensed monitoring well contractor and professional geologist.
